Once you click on the Live Chat option, a chat box will appear in the bottom right corner of your screen, allowing you to converse with our Customer Support team.
Please note that our Live Chat service operates between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. (UTC-5). Outside these hours, the chat box's title bar will display "Leave us a message." You will be prompted to provide your email address and specify the type of assistance required. Subsequently, you can compose your message and send it. As email communication tends to be slower than instant chat, we suggest providing comprehensive details about your issue. Our Customer Support team will respond to your email message promptly.
