Ethics and compliance hotline
Last updated: Nov 4, 2026
Fluid Attacks has an ethics and compliance hotline that uses the Anonymous Reporting tool of EasyLlama. Employees and external parties can use it. On this website, you can send feedback about harassment, retaliation, and other issues that you experienced or saw happen to other people. You can also send recommendations, questions, and other information. You do not have to give your name, and all submissions are kept fully confidential.
This hotline also covers ethics and compliance concerns in general. You can use it to report these issues:
- Suspected violations of the policies of Fluid Attacks
- Regulatory or legal non-compliance
- Concerns about the responsible development, deployment, or use of AI systems
Examples of AI-related concerns are the omission of required risk or impact assessments, suspected AI bias or misuse, and pressure to bypass AI governance controls.
Qualified personnel with the authority to investigate and recommend corrective action review all reports.
To make, submit, and follow a case, do these steps:
-
Select the category that is closest to the feedback that you want to send.

-
Answer the questions. In most cases, they include "When did it happen?", "Where did it happen?", and "Who was involved?" Then, write a description.
-
Before you submit the feedback, select if you want to give personal information. This information is only your name and email address.
-
To get the status of a report, give a phone number. The recipient of your feedback cannot see this information.
-
After you send your phone number, you receive a verification code by SMS. Type this code on the website to continue.
-
Then, you receive an SMS with a link to follow your case (you can also log in from the primary page). On that page, type your phone number.

-
On that page, you can see the status of your case. You can also see when a member of the HR department of Fluid Attacks schedules a chat about it.
Fluid Attacks follows a defined complaint management plan for these cases.
The Anonymous Reporting tool of EasyLlama is available in English and Spanish. If you have questions after you read this information and watch this video, write to [email protected].
