Availability SLA

Last updated: Jul 31, 2026

Description

The Fluid Attacks platform and API will be accessible via the Internet for its registered users 99.95% of the time.

Criteria

In addition to the general measurement aspects, the following is taken into account to measure this service-level agreement (SLA) indicator:

  • The reference schedule for online availability is 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
  • Measurement is based on data aggregated over the preceding twelve (12) consecutive months.
  • For partial availability failures (i.e., when only one functionality is affected), measurement is based on the affected office hours and adjusted according to the percentage of affected users.
  • The SLA is calculated by combining platform and API availability data.
  • Tools running on the client's infrastructure, such as CI Gate or IDE plugins, are not taken into account in the measurement.
