Zoho One
Rationale
Zoho One is Fluid Attacks’ CRM, used for many company-critical processes like Sales, Marketing, Finance, Human Resources, etc.
The main reasons why we chose it over other alternatives are:
- It is an all-in-one solution that allows implementing many critical processes in a single place, reducing friction and complexity.
- It provides an interconnected environment that allows to easily share data between different processes, increasing simplicity and maintainability.
- It is less expensive compared to other all-in-one CRMs or purchasing many services that do more specific things.
Alternatives
The following alternative was considered but not chosen for the following reasons:
SalesForce
- We did not see a feature that would make it a better choice for us.
- It was considerably more expensive.
