• You can write a comment to get explanations in the Comments section of the weakness.
• You can use Talk to a Pentester to have explanatory video meetings with an expert.

Comment on a type of vulnerability

To write a comment in the Comments section, follow these steps:

1. Open the To do section to see your assigned vulnerabilities.

   

2. Click the name of the weakness that you have questions about. This opens its Vulnerabilities section.

   

3. Open the Comments tab.

   

4. Write your comment in the text box. Then click Comment.

   

After a short time, a Fluid Attacks expert writes to you in the comment thread.

Have a video meeting with a pentester

To schedule a video meeting with a pentester, follow these steps:

1. Go to your group.

2. In the collapsible menu on the left, click the Help button. Then select Talk to a Pentester.

   

   You can also click the Talk to a Pentester link. It is at the bottom of some sections, such as the Vulnerabilities section.

3. Select the box to show that you looked for information about the vulnerability in the Fluid Attacks documentation.

   

4. Follow the instructions on the screen. Then click Schedule Event.

   

Then you get a confirmation with the information about the meeting.

When you understand the vulnerabilities and fix them, you can request verifications to know if your fixes work.
