In the Comments sections, you can contact Fluid Attacks directly about questions, requests, suggestions or issues related to vulnerabilities or events in your group. This page shows how to use these sections:

• Comment about a vulnerability
• Comment about an event

Comment about a vulnerability

Each weakness reported in your group has a Comments section. Use this section to contact Fluid Attacks about issues related to vulnerabilities of that weakness, or to send general questions about the weakness. This section can also have comments about your reattack requests and their results.

To reach this section:

1. In the Groups section of your organization, go to the group.
2. In the group's Vulnerabilities section, click the name of the weakness.
3. Click the Comments tab.

To open a new thread:

1. Find the comment box.

   

2. Write your comment in the box. The Comment button appears when you start to write.

   

3. Click Comment to post it.

To post a reply in a thread:

1. Find the comment that you want to reply to.

   

2. Click Reply.

3. Write your comment. The Comment button appears when you start to write.

   

4. Click Comment to post it.

Comment about an event

Each event reported in your group has a Comments section. Events are situations on your side that stop the normal security testing. Use this section to give or find details about an event.

To reach this section:

1. In the Groups section of your organization, go to the group.

   A red banner and the Events column in the Groups section inform you of which groups have unsolved events.

2. Go to the Events section of the group.

   Alternatively, you can enter this section simply by clicking on the Events information of the desired group in Groups.

3. Click the ID of the event.

4. Click the Comments tab.
