Zoho Sign

Rationale
We use Zoho Sign as our digital signature solution.
The main reasons why we chose it over other alternatives are the following:
- It is user-friendly for both signers and administrators.
- It seamlessly integrates with other Zoho products (e.g., Zoho CRM, Zoho Contracts, Zoho People).
- It supports integrations with major third-party applications such as Google Workspace and Microsoft 365.
- It meets relevant compliance and security standards.
- The Zoho One subscription includes the pricing for Zoho Sign.
Alternatives
The following alternatives were considered but not chosen for the following reasons:
Google eSignature
It is limited to signing within Google Workspace products only.
Docusign
It is too expensive for a single-service solution.
Adobe Sign
- Integration with the Zoho all-in-one solution is complex.
- It is more expensive compared to Zoho Sign.
Usage
We use Zoho Sign for signing administrative, legal, human resources, and sales and marketing documents.
